International Shipping Procedure

At this time our website is not capable of processing international sales. However, please follow the directions below and we will process your order in our stores. To place an international order, you may call us at 707.963.2040 between 11 am and 6pm Pacific time or fax us at 707.963.2490.

Please do not email any sensitive information such as your credit card number.

If this is your first purchase with us, please understand that the credit card company has to confirm that all address information given correlates to the information they have on file. This typically takes 3 business days. Once verified and approved, your order will ship and in most cases will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

We will ship your purchases anywhere in the world! International orders to all countries will be shipped via the Fedex; the cost will be $40 for up to two items. Please contact us for shipping costs of larger shipments.
